"Winners" is the most dangerous project in the history of Russian television. There are no decorations — just a real obstacle course designed for the elite of the special forces.

"It's very difficult. Muscles and the central nervous system must be prepared. Because it's more about overcoming yourself," said fitness expert Igor Korkin.

The show features firefighters, police officers, doctors, special forces soldiers and rescuers — people for whom overcoming fear and pain has long been a part of the profession.
